What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two premium shipping methods:
- Express Courier: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days). Includes tracking and signature confirmation.
- Complimentary Shipping: Free on orders $50+ via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for no-rush wardrobe essentials.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally to most regions in North America, Europe, and Australia. Currently, we exclude some Asian countries and remote regions, but we’re constantly expanding our delivery network to democratize access to luxury fashion worldwide.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
While we include all necessary customs documentation, some destinations may assess additional import fees based on local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s specific regulations before ordering premium items like leather jackets or designer dresses that might have higher declared values.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Every item – from AllSaints leather jackets to Ted Baker dresses – is packaged with the same attention to detail as the designer intended. We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Some exclusions may apply for intimate apparel like lingerie and nightwear for hygiene reasons.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return. This ensures you receive the freshest inventory from our curated selection.
