Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all protective coverings

Note: For hygiene reasons, lingerie and nightwear marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

The Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange items will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval, subject to availability.
