Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Mode Charm Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- In original packaging with all protective coverings
- Accompanied by the original packing slip
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Lingerie and nightwear marked as “final sale”
- Any items without original tags or protective packaging
- Personalized or altered items
Exceptions are made for faulty items – please contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.
The Return Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Include the original packing slip and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package exterior.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
- Appearance in Your Account: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchange items will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval, subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
